Method |
- Heat water in a pan and bring to boil. Add Patum gentleman’s relish, half the salt and whisk in the chickpea flour.
- Cook till the mix leaves the sides of the pan. Cool and blend with olive oil and garlic to a smooth mix.
- Line a shallow tray with the cling film and spread the mix evenly and cool till set.
- Cut into small squares or circles and fry in oil till crispy and light golden brown. Sprinkle rest of the salt and serve.
- Mix all the ingredients of salsa Verde and blend to a coarse consistency. Serve with chickpea fritters.
