Lamb Chops with Anglers Relish

8 Lamb Chops

1Tbsp Olive Oil

Sea Salt, to taste

Pinch of Cracked Black Pepper

2 Tsp Anglers Relish

2 Tsp Rosemary, chopped

Method

In a mixing bowl add lamb chops, all of the ingredients and mix well.

Refrigerate for 15 -20 minutes.

Cook the lamb chops over a grill pan, BBQ or in the oven at 200°C until they are cooked to your liking.

Serve hot with mint yoghurt and salad.
